Sourcing for European buyers in textiles, leather, cosmetics, agri, and light manufacturing — supplier vetting, factory visits, contracts, QC, shipping.

What we keep seeing

Morocco is Europe's quiet nearshoring giant: tariff-free under the EU-Morocco Association Agreement, Tangier-Med is days from Antwerp by sea, and capacity for textiles, leather, cosmetics, agri, and automotive components is mature and underutilised.

What stops European SMEs from sourcing there is rarely capacity. It is the difficulty of vetting a Moroccan supplier from a distance — distinguishing a real manufacturer from a trader, reading what is real in factory photos, knowing which French is business French and which is sales French.

We work the corridor from the European side. Factory visits in Casablanca, Tangier, Marrakech, Rabat — Arabic with the producer, French where needed, English or Dutch with you.

How we help

Supplier identification and vetting

Filtered shortlists of Moroccan producers with verified track records, EU-relevant certifications, and capacity matched to your volume.

Factory visits on your behalf

We walk the floor, meet the people, photograph what matters. Detailed visit reports with red and green flags — not a polite summary.

Commercial structuring

Pricing, Incoterms (typically FOB Tangier-Med or EXW), payment terms, and contract clauses in French/Arabic/English.

QC and shipping coordination

Pre-shipment inspection and freight forwarder coordination through the Tangier-Med — Antwerp/Rotterdam corridor.

Frequently asked

How do you verify a Moroccan supplier is legitimate?

Combination of registration checks (CNSS, RC), reference calls in Arabic and French, factory visits where the engagement value justifies travel, and sample-order QC. Photos and websites alone are not enough.

Can you visit factories on my behalf?

Yes. For engagements above a threshold value, factory visits in Morocco are part of the standard scope. Travel is at cost; coordination is included.

What's the typical lead time from Morocco to NL/DE/FR?

Tangier-Med to Antwerp by sea: 3–5 days transit, total door-to-door typically 10–15 days. Road freight across Spain to France is faster but more expensive — used for time-sensitive shipments.

Are there duty advantages for sourcing from Morocco vs. Asia?

Yes — most goods enter the EU duty-free under the EU-Morocco Association Agreement, provided origin certification is correctly handled. Combined with shorter lead times and lower freight cost, the landed-cost difference vs. Asia is often material.

Do you speak French and Arabic?

Arabic natively. French at a working business level — sufficient for negotiation and contracts, particularly in combination with Arabic. English with you. Documentation is bilingual where required.

How are your fees structured — retainer or commission?

Engagement-based. Sourcing-only engagements are typically fixed-fee per shortlist + per factory visit; full corridor engagements are retainer + success structure. Discovery call covers the right model for your situation.
